Transitioning to film, Sinha directed the short films 'The Furnished Room' and 'The Deed'. He made a documentary film 'Hope & Mourning in Little Lhasa' exploring the life in exile of the Tibetan community. His recent feature film 'Distant' (2025) delves into the theme of human disconnect and alienation.
